The Montecito is located in the town of Friday Harbor on San Juan Island in beautiful Pacific Northwest Washington. Condos at the Montecito are available for long-term rental.
We are within walking distance from the ferry dock, shops, salons, coffee, restaurants and grocery, Saturday farmers market, and marina activities. Just a short drive/bike ride away from Peace Health Island Hospital and Friday Harbor Airport.

Each units at the Montecito is has an open floor plan, high ceilings with loads of natural light, granite countertops, cherry oak cabinetry, and Santa Barbara tile, carpeting, and gas fireplaces.
Units have spacious bedrooms, a dining area, a front view deck and patios, separate entries, and ample parking. There is a shared coin-operated washer and dryer as well.

+ Our rental rates are between $1350. - $2350. per month plus damage deposit, and cleaning fee.
+ To be considered as a tenant you must provide full name, proof of ability to pay rent, comply with a background and credit check, and provide 3 references.
+ There is no smoking or burning anything allowed in or around buildings.
+ Sorry, no pets. Exception, allowance may be made for one old or very well behaved dog.
